Year One wasn't a warm-up. Every number below came from real client work, real deadlines, and real results.
AI video productions, lifestyle photography, home walkthroughs, conference intro videos — all delivered without traditional crews, photoshoots, or location costs. And beyond the savings: each production yielded significantly more usable assets than a traditional shoot would have. Photoshoots were extended into new angles, scenes, and formats that didn't exist in the original. More output, from the same starting point. The work already generates a return that dwarfs the ask.
First AI video in Peak Seven's toolkit (Oct 2025). Peakasso V1 won 1st place at the AI Presentation. A 2nd place finish for SimplyDwell. 5+ photoshoots extended into full brand asset libraries. This isn't potential — it's a track record.
"Creative AI Lead & Producer" is a real role being hired for at agencies right now at $85K–$105K in the Florida market. The work being done — building AI systems, producing AI-first content, developing creative workflows — aligns directly with what this title represents in the industry.
No agency in South Florida has a creative AI agent with a growing skill set built specifically for their department's needs. Peakasso is that system. The ask funds the build. The build makes the department measurably faster.
National CPI from August 2025 to August 2026 was 3.4% — official BLS data. The raise from $70K to $75K (7.1%) technically beats that. But national averages hide the South Florida reality, where the cost of living tells a very different story.
I started at $70,000 and received a raise to $75,000 — a 7.1% increase. On the national CPI alone, that's a real gain of roughly $2,380 in purchasing power.
But here's where South Florida changes the math: rents in South Florida surged ~14% over the past year — more than 4× the national inflation rate. Miami-Broward housing costs run 23–24% above the national average. The basket of goods the CPI measures doesn't reflect what it actually costs to live and work here.
The raise kept pace with national inflation. It did not keep pace with the actual South Florida cost of living. In practical terms — rent, insurance, groceries — the $5K raise absorbed cost increases that already existed, leaving little real ground gained.
$85K closes the gap. It's a compensation level that reflects both the market rate for this role and the reality of operating in one of the most expensive metro areas in the country.
